We aim to offer a comprehensive professional development program for our postdocs, built on the following three pillars:

Research Skills Development

Please refer to the training opportunities provided by each partner institution.
Trainings offered by the Excellent Brains Program are currently under development.

Soft Skills Development

We plan to offer workshops that build essential competencies for scientific careers, including leadership, communication, project and time management, teamwork, conflict resolution, mentoring, and more.
Postdocs will also have the opportunity to gain teaching experience within their home institution and across the Cluster.

Career Development

We intend to launch a workshop series tailored to support your long-term career planning and to help you achieve your scientific ambitions—within and beyond academia.
